Is SafetyCampus covered by the German Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG)?
No, the SafetyCampus browser app product family does not fall within the scope of the FernUSG, because
- there are no costs for participants – all costs are covered by the employer;
- no distance learning contract is concluded;
- participants’ learning progress is not monitored.
The browser app does NOT transmit any personal data to biosafety4u.berlin GmbH.
